This website is provided to share information about our vacation rental property, including amenities, availability, and booking inquiries.

Reservations

Submitting an inquiry through this website does not guarantee a reservation. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the property owner or manager.

Rental agreements, payment terms, occupancy limits, and other policies will be provided at the time of booking.

House Rules

​Minimum age to rent: 25                  Two-week Minimum 

Check in after 4:00 PM                     Check out before 10:00 AM

Two Bedrooms/Two Bathroom    Sleeps up to 6 people Max            

 

Children allowed: ages 13-17

9th floor unit, may not be suitable for children under 13 years of age.

No Smoking allowed

A rental agreement will be sent upon request and must be signed and returned to complete booking. No feeding wildlife on property and balcony.

If within 3 days of owner request the rental agreement is not signed and returned, Host reserves the right to cancel. Smoking cleaning fee $850.
